Participants can choose from two registration stages. The early registration phase is open until April 30, 2025, followed by the regular registration – Late Fee, which remains open until June 28, 2025, or until tickets sell out (whichever comes first). We encourage early registration to take advantage of a reduced fee. Please note that the registration fee is a fixed flat rate. Even if you participate for fewer than five days, the full fee applies.

• Cancellations made before June 10, 2025, will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations between June 11 and June 22, 2025, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Unfortunately, cancellations received after June 22, 2025, are non-refundable.
• A processing fee of 25 EUR applies to all cancellations.

Participants will receive a certificate listing all attended courses and respective hours. If a more detailed certificate is required for ETCS credit purposes, please contact our congress organizers by email with your specific request.
