Participants can choose from two registration stages. The early registration phase is open until 26.5.2025, followed by the regular registration – Late Fee, which remains open until 28.6.2025, or until tickets sell out (whichever comes first). We encourage early registration to take advantage of a reduced fee. Please note that the registration fee is a fixed flat rate. Even if you participate for fewer than five days, the full fee applies.

In addition to the EurAI travel grants already awarded to successful applicants, EurAI has decided to offer a limited number of extra student grants covering the cost of early registration to students who qualify. These can only be used to support your attendance at ESSAI 2025. By accepting the grant, you confirm that you will participate in the Summer School and that your total expenses (including travel, accommodation, and registration fee) equal or exceed the value of the grant. The amount of the travel grant awarded to each student will be 350€ (an amount equal to the early registration fee for the school). Applicants for these new travel grants to ESSAI-2025 should send their applications again to Prof. Manolis Koubarakis. Applications for these new ESSAI-2025 Travel Grants will be evaluated on a rolling basis, with new batches closing every Wednesday at midnight. • Cancellations made before 10.6.2025, will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations between 11.6. – 22.6.2025, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Unfortunately, cancellations received after 22.6.2025, are non-refundable.
• A processing fee of 25 EUR applies to all cancellations.

Participants will receive a certificate listing all attended courses and respective hours. If a more detailed certificate is required for ETCS credit purposes, please contact our congress organizers by email with your specific request.
